Simple banking without any fuss

As someone about to complete their IVA, I chose Natwest for a simple account and over the five years I've been with them, I've had constant access to my account, a pleasant communication both in the main branch in the town and the smaller branches in the village close to work. I've never had any problems, never encountered any issues and to this date, I recommend their services both on and offline. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Simple, castle free. There when you need them. Good technology in form of website and app.

Natwest has definitely employed the best mobile technology in banking products that i've seen. Having had friends in a similar life stage with similar accounts with HSBC and Barclays, they seem to have no end of issues with delays in transfers, and usability. I have not. Natwest it ok if you are using a basic account, I had trouble receiving a pin reminder and waited almost 2 months when I contacted the advisors on live chat the representatives didn't appear to be from the Uk and Understand me however when I called my branch they were very helpful Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

The people in my bank are amazing, they make you feel like they are there just for you, that you are thier only customer, i never feel rushed always feel secure and if there was an issue i am certain they would resolve it immediately, i love natwest and wouldnt change my bank at all Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
