Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Reliable and Trusted service provider

I switched my account nearly 2 years ago from Santander who I had banked with for over 40 years to Natwest . I'm so pleased with how easy the switch was and how easy banking app is to use as this was important to me as I now do all my banking on line . Its easy to get customer support when ever you need to . I'm always kept upto date by email or text messages. It's easy to apply for other products on line . Excellent everyday banking

Great to have easy access banking. Able to daily check account, easy transfers between accounts and set up payments to others. So easy to keep a track of spending and security. The on line AI help is not always able to understand or interpret questions but I have always then resolved my questions by talking to a human, a refreshing change these days! Good app but no on-line customer service

Good app. Tells me what I need to know but no online help. I want a person to talk to online not a bot. A bot can't sort my query out, a human being can. Come on natwest. Gear up. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
