Easy to use current account with many features

Easy to use and 'attractive' app. Select account comes with many features including attached Digital Regular Saver account that pays 6.17% interest (AER), single or double Round Ups and on screen transaction notifications. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

The account is easy enough to use.

The NatWest Select Account has a major flaw in my op...

The NatWest Select Account has a major flaw in my opinion and that is charging for failed payments due to insufficient funds. I actively make a choice to keep my funds low in my debit account so that losing my card has a reduced risk. I transfer money into my spending account prior to purchases, something someone who were to steal my card could not do. I believe that Natwest penalising people for adopting thia security measure to be backward and ridiculous. Reviewed on: 27th January 2024

Excellent service

They made me feel at ease when transferring from my old bank and did it within a few days. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend their customer service. Reviewed on: 27th July 2023

Easy to manage my money

My natwest current account is easy to manage and access, I mainly bank online and can do most of the things I need to do, although when I can't do something online, I sometimes find it difficult to contact them by phone, and there are not many branches left for me to visit. Great account

I've had a Select account for a few years. It's easy to manage via the app, online and in branch. Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

No hassle

Have been with them for years and find them no hassle at all. App is easy to use too, and I like the round ups/double round ups. Would be nice to have a bit of interest in the Select Account, but I guess that's what saving accounts are for! Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
