Long Term Customer

For a small monthly fee I get cash back on direct debits on my Reward Account so long term it has been worthwhile. I Have banked with NatWest for nearly 50 years and although I have looked in to changing to another bank I have always decided against it. A Truly Rewarding Account

When I retired from work nearly 10 years ago, I stepped down from my advantage gold current account to a reward account. It has served me well and met my needs perfectly. Every month I'm guaranteed to earn a reward on the account which over the year accumulates into a tidy sum I use to help fund my travel during the winter months to Africa for a sunshine break. In addition, I am able using the App to seamlessly transfer money into it from my NatWest savings accounts if needed. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

User friendly app

No issue with anything. Mobile contactless payments are working fine , I have been issues with other bank accounts. Permission asked before direct debit payment. Very happy with all the options Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023
