Terrible communication and out dated app

I have finally got round to closing my account with NatWest after falling for a sign up incentive a couple of years ago, I have had nothing but grief trying to contact NatWest for anything, there 'robot' tries to handle everything and achieves nothing. The app is so far behind other leading banks with security settings and ease of use. No sort code or account number on the physical card gets frustrating, even more so when they lock you out of online banking and you must wait for a letter to come via the post to access it. Best bank I've been with

I have banked with NatWest for years now and they have never let me down. Everything has been so easy to do that I've needed to with my mortgage and loan. Would recommend to friends and family. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023
