There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Easy to use

To be honest i have been with the natwest for many years with no problem and since i started to use the online banking app it just got easier i can move money from one account to another and pay people and bills on my phone and if you do need to talk to someone that's always easy to because the people you speak to are always helpful Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Great products and brilliant App

The Rewards account although it does cost money returns far more in rewards earned than it costs as long as you have both the rewards platinum account and the rewards credit card (credit card fee is refunded if you have both). That way everything you buy earns rewards and you also have the benefits such as mobile phone and global travel insurance. If you couple the great account with a really great app you need look no further. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Total control

It is quite amazing how much control and information the app has given to the user. Moving funds between accounts and managing payments is made very easy. The analysis of how my money is spent and categorised is extremely useful particularly if there is a need to reduce spending at a particularly difficult economic time. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
