Great and Reliable services

Ive been with Natwest since 2008 and find it very easy and intuitive to navigate through their online and mobile app platforms. Cust services always very helpful over the phone and at branch too. Excellent experience overall. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Simple, secure, and easy to use

I have been a customer with NatWest for 20 years and downloaded the app as soon as it was made available. The app has come along leaps and bounds since the beginning. I really like the added security features with the face ID and the blink feature. (I have been a victim of fraud before and this makes me feel secure in using the app). The additional features such as the chatbot and the easy apply for other products that it recommends for me personally have helped me weigh up different credit card options. No brainer

As someone who enjoyed travelling abroad regularly to different places in Europe, the NatWest Reward Silver current account was a real no brainer for me. And the cashback rewards are a real benefit in the current cost of living crisis. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Love rewards

We upgraded to an awards silver account a few years ago and so glad we did. We get so much out of it very regularly. We’ve paid for all sorts in the house, had our holiday and phone insurance covered, and had lots of experiences along the way. Totally worth it. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
