Brilliant experience

Been with NatWest since I was 16. Brilliant customer service - wouldn’t change bank due to positive experience I have had, and now would like my children to have same experience with rooster app Reviewed on: 7th April 2024

Positive experience all round.

Since opening the Rooster accounts, I’ve found it easier to manage my children’s money, and if I’ve ever had an issue it’s been resolved almost immediately. I’ve also put my partner and her child on the account, and the setup for that was seamless. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024

The personal touch.

I have never had any problems with contact with my bank. If I have had any queries they have been more than happy to help me. It's such a shame that my Bracknell branch is closing down as the personal touch will be lost forever in this ever changing environment. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
