Great Service

Every experience I've had with NatWest, whether it has been online/through the app or over the phone has been easy and my issues, if any have been solved. Especially regarding the Rooster money, it was easy to set up and everything was explained fully so I've been able to make it the best experience for both myself and my child who loves the independence her card gives her. Great App - NatWest are brilliant

I found the app slightly hard to use at first but you have instructions to make it easier NatWest are always happy to help and as I’m a customer we get Rooster app free of charge which is better than the other apps it had lots of options to keep the card save for my child to use All in all great! My girls are loving their Rooster cards and how grown-up and independent it makes them feel. For me, I find the app easy to use and enjoy not having to keep track of how much pocket money I owe them (because I never have any cash) by keeping a record on a piece of paper! Excellant Service
