I love the Rooster card but not Natwest

I love the Rooster card. The app is easy to use and the children often open savings pots within the account. I've never been impressed with the service from Natwest as after my partner died they messed up many times when sorting out the idea they needed for our joint mortgage. They aren't that friendly in branch either. Very old fashioned in branch. The Rooster account is different as I don't need to go into a branch. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Good Little App

Feel that the app is a bit clunky with regards to transferring money. As I am a NatWest customer, it would be better to be able to transfer money straight from my account to the Rooster account. However, the app is helping me teach my son about money and how important it is to have a balance between spending and saving. Really like the 'pots' function as my son can save towards specific things - wish I had these on my own NatWest account! Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Easy to set up, easy to use

Easy to use, easy to set up chores and other activities. Also great to share with family if they wish to send money for birthdays etc. The rooster card makes my children feel very grown up using contactless for example. They love it! Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
