Amazing Money tool. .

App is very easy to use and informative. Very good tool to help the young ones get to grips about money. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Rooster is the best app for my children and me.

Rooster has been excellent for my children. Fuss free children's banking. Very happy with customer service, both the speed of communication and the actions taken to help me. Setting chores is fantastic (not that my children think so) Weekly pocket money out in their accounts so I don't have to remember is brilliant. I love the notifications to see what my balance is, where the children spend their money and if I've missed a top up so allowence couldn't be paid. Recently my daughter's card was stolen and used fraudulently, rooster service was amazing in helping to solve this and the matter was rectified so quickly. I'm also so thankful the cards can be replaced for free because my daughter has misplaced her bank card more times than I care to count, I wish just her bus pass company were this understanding. Love natwest, I’ve been a customer for over 16 years and I do all my banking with them. Rooster makes managing my kids finances really easy as well, I would always recommend this as an option for young people. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Very Happy customer

I have been with Natwest since I was 14, I have had a brilliant service with them. I had a accidental payment go into my account I contacted them and they were quick to have it sorted. I have recently started up rooster and it's definitely helping my oldest want to earn and save! Very happy. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Rooster money has helped my little boy grow!

Rooster money app has helped motivate my son to help around the house and behave better at school. He has a better understanding of money now and how the world works overall. He enjoys using his card in the shops it makes him feel grown up! Family send him money for special occasions and he has become a good saver.
