Informative and helpful advisor guided us through

Banking app simple to use. Interest rates poor

Simple to set up online accounts and switch from my old bank. Banking app is easy to use and being able to freeze card and approving payments etc is great. Could do with a better interest rate for savings, there's no point keeping a large amount of savings in my NatWest savings account as the interest rate is so poor.
