NatWest have been very helpful 99% of the time, not so helpful when i needed to open up an ISA for my child so other companies could put money directly in to the account. I was advised to open a junior ISA which i did then to be told that no one apart from bank account could transfer money in to the J ISA. This was very disheartening and a nightmare to get claims into an ISA for my child. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
