Very happy so far!

Very happy so far! I switched my child’s account from a well known company that was shocking with high fees and difficult apps that make it hard to move money around. NatWest has been a breeze, set up in 5 mins all easy to verify over the app, no fees, easy to navigate, user friendly! Its banking how it should be. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Good for pre-teens!

NatWest Rooster is a good service, easy to use and helps my children learn to save and budget. The card gives them independence and the app makes it quick and efficient to keep up to date. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, guided through switch over and setting up processes and answered all questions along the way. Waiting time at the branch was short and staff would check on us to make sure we are still able to wait. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
