Didcot Branch

Excellent experience ……… the staff at the Didcot branch were very efficient, helpful and friendly guiding my husband and I through the process of opening an ISA each. Our appointment was easy to arrange, Helen was on time and made the whole procedure straight forward for us. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Easy and professional experience

After looking through leaflets picked up from local branch, we called and made appointment to discuss ISA’s. The appointment was quick, easy and advisor was knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience from initial enquiry taking up the ISA’s was 5*. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Booked an appointment for the next day and was seen...

Booked an appointment for the next day and was seen quickly, talking through all of the options available was great , transferred money into the starter savings account was easy, just waiting for the savings book to arrive now by post , sorted, buying a investment bond is a bit more difficult, but this is due to the bank not allowing you to transfer large amounts of money into one hit , problem! Abingdon branch always great.

Wanted to open a 60 day notice ISA. I’m an existing customer so thought I’d still have to book an appointment but they kindly fitted me in with their lovely assistant Bridget if I didn’t mind waiting 10 minutes which was ideal. Reviewed on: 10th May 2025

Local branch appointment

We were able to arrange an appointment at our local branch at short notice to open an ISA Bond. This was carried out efficiently & courteously, with passbooks & covering letter provided for us to take away. Reviewed on: 5th May 2025

Hungerford branch service

When I was able to get through on the phone the service was very good and an appointment was made very quickly and at a good time for me . The young lady who helped me was very patient and recommended just the ISA that I required. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the 14 minute wait for the phone to be answered.
