Went in and met with Tasha to open a savings account...

Went in and met with Tasha to open a savings account and an ISA. Service was prompt, accurate which meant it was all done with the least amount of unnecessary fuss. Tasha answered all our question so am delighted with the service. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Senior saver ISA

I recently opened a new senior saver ISA and all of the staff I spoke to prior to my appointment were very friendly and helpful. Connor conducted the whole process and it was a very informative and jovial experience. Reviewed on: 17th February 2025

Top customer service

I had to call the NBS as I was unable to login to my online account. I spoke to a very helpful, and local lady, and the issue was sorted swiftly. No communication problems, no pushing 1 for this, 2 for that, and 3 to be cut off. Top service. It was like the old times. Reviewed on: 14th February 2025
