My husband and I are having some serious problems getting things done since I broke my leg and in hospital. Easy to open a savings account as a Power of Attorney.

As a Power of Attorney I opened a savings account for my mother. The process has been straightforward, efficient and clear, from the initial phone call, through friendly face to face meeting in Hungerford branch to enabling on line access. It’s been an outstanding experience with brilliant, empathetic and responsive customer care. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
