Above and beyond

The team were extremely patient recently with an ISA transfer I had to make to another bank. The process was held up and took a month in total, not because of any fault on the part of NBS, but they still took it upon themselves to ensure the funds got across. Reviewed on: 13th December 2024

Different accounts for savers.

I wanted to add more money to my existing savings account - which I did. But then it was discovered that the added money went over the prescribed amount allowed so I then had to transfer the surplus amount to another account (senior saver). It required a further visit to the branch but in the end it was all settled satisfactorily. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024
