Vess was professional and understood our savings requirements. However the process of requiring ID because of ome potential link to a political figure made the experience unpleasant. Big plus is a branch in Didcot makes the Newbury more attractive than competitors without a branch in Didcot. Reviewed on: 31st December 2024

Easy to update accounts, staff always pleasant and friendly, go above with help. One thing I woud suggest is making it easier to transfer money from account to another bank or building society. Reviewed on: 31st December 2024
