Went in to make an appointment to open an ISA, no appointment necessary. Product fully explained and we made our decision there and then. Very helpful and price we both opened an ISA. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Excellent service from telephone advisor at Newbury

I needed to access a secure message concerning the opening of a new bod and transfer of money to that account. My telephone number was temporarily inactive so I was unable to use 2-factor identification on log in but the telephone advisor was quickly able to relay the message to me Reviewed on: 16th August 2024
