An Overall Excellent Experience

An overall excellent experience, initially on the telephone, and then in person, with Justine (at the Wokingham branch) who was extremely helpful, pleasant and informative. Very pleased with my new Fixed Rate Bonds (4.85% and 4.30% respectively) and the fact that I have a passbook, and can visit a branch. The only negative aspect was that I was unable to view an emailed message, despite the system providing me with numerous one-time passcodes - which is one of the reasons why I dislike online banking. I opened a 2nd account from my existing Newbury login.

I opened a 2nd account from my existing Newbury login. I received no confirmation of that. That was on Saturday and only on Wednesday did I get a response from a secure message I asked on Monday requesting some feedback. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
