Wonderful personal services

After our experience from another banking company, we found a completely different & helpful attitude with a person who actually cared about us as people and not just a number. Ken's was help and uncomplicated. He expressed everything in layman's terms without using lots of jargon, which we greatly appreciated. He when through all the T&Cs and anything we didn't understand he explained to use. Great customer service skills. Reviewed on: 6th November 2023

Great customer service and product

Helpful Chloe

I came in to the Newbury branch to open a new ISA and update my Existing Member passbook. Chloe helped me with all my queries about opening a new account and how to get an old ISA with another company transferred to my new account. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2023

A refreshing change

We decided to open a savings account, and went to the Newbury Building Society in Basingstoke to discuss. We could not have been made more welcome. Ken explained everything very clearly and made the process very easy for us. This was good old fashioned customer service at it’s very best. Reviewed on: 1st November 2023
