Helpful and efficient service.

My first telephone call to my nearest branch was answered promptly. My subsequent online transaction to open the account worked well and efficiently, user-friendly. The confirmation paperwork arrived promptly as promised. My visit to my local branch to request a passbook was handled swiftly and helpfully by the lass on the desk, who was polite. It was a pleasure to be able to visit a local branch with two ladies on the desk and experience old-fashioned face-to-face contact. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Helpful efficient service to set up a new savings account.

First telephone enquiry to my nearest branch was answered promptly. The online service then worked effectively and the subsequent written communications arrived quickly as promised. Appalling service.

Met Sarah Jones (?) in Thatcham branch. Full of bluster and sales pitch. We both invested £5000 each. Since then no communication no information no help. She even asked us to go on line and put a Reviewed on: 26th September 2023
