Helpful and efficient service.

My first telephone call to my nearest branch was answered promptly. My subsequent online transaction to open the account worked well and efficiently, user-friendly. The confirmation paperwork arrived promptly as promised. My visit to my local branch to request a passbook was handled swiftly and helpfully by the lass on the desk, who was polite. It was a pleasure to be able to visit a local branch with two ladies on the desk and experience old-fashioned face-to-face contact. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

First telephone enquiry to my nearest branch was answered promptly. The online service then worked effectively and the subsequent written communications arrived quickly as promised.
