Newbury Building Society Branch Review

I used the Basingstoke branch of the Newbury on 14/08/23 having just had my car written off by the insurance company. I needed to transfer fundsquickly to fund a replacement. Friendly customer service, good interest rates.

Our application was a bit complicated, because one of us already had a joint account with the Newbury, so it became a challenge to separate that from my new application. However, Zac was very patient and helped us work our way through it all. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

Very efficient staff

Easy to open a new account

Opening another account sit alongside an existing savings account was very simple, and money can be moved between the accounts without needing to go via a current account, which is helpful. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023
