Senior saving made easy

Saw the details for Newbury building society's senior savings scheme and felt this was just right for both my wife and I to consider opening. We found it easy to make an appointment and duly met with Ken in the Basingstoke branch. Ken was very helpful and explained how the scheme worked and its benefits together with running through the terms and conditions in an easy to follow way. Very impressed with visit and appreciate Newbury's style of business which still includes space for customers who prefer a personal approach and tend to avoid on-line ways of working. Needless to say we both now have savings accounts with Newbury and look forward to many years of association. Reviewed on: 27th May 2023
