Great customer service on our doorstep

My wife and I have been investors with Newbury BS for 20 years and always found their counter staff very professional and friendly. Although not necessarily having the highest investment returns, we value their office being near to where we live and their staff attitude to customers. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Pleasant environment in the Building Society.

Pleasant environment in the Building Society. Simple functional interface without unnecessary money being spent on it. Friendly , helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everything explained in clearly and concisely. Very informative. No intrusive with regards to personal finance. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
