Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Amazing Service as always

Daisy at the Hungerford branch was fantastic as always, first class service everyday will always recommend the Hungerford branch to anyone. The girls there are so polite and helpful all the time. Reviewed on: 28th June 2022

Good Introduction to Newbury BS

Opened my first Newbry BS savings account. Very welcoming and positive approach by both the staff I dealt with. Everything clearly explained and in at an appropriate level of detail. The interest rates on offer were attractive when compared to bank savings account. I look forward to long and fruitful relationship with the Newbury. Reviewed on: 24th June 2022

Pleasant and easy experience opening a new account

Decided to move my account from Halifax as they are closing their branch in Wokingham. It was a pleasant experience with Ana and the account was opened after the various options were explained. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2022
