Very professional and best customer service

The Newbury Building Society staff in the Wokingham branch are one of the most professional and customer friendly group I have had the pleasure to deal with. Service and Rates

The Newbury BS give great local service. The staff are very efficient and friendly and it's great to have that on the doorstep. They also have some great savings rates which are better than most in the market, albeit for a restricted savings value. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Excellent service but would prefer to be able to invest more than the allowance

Highly recommending my Wokingham Branch

I value the personal attention I receive from the very friendly & competent staff at my Wokingham Branch. It is so good that the staff know me personally, because most of them have been with the Branch for many years. This makes me think that they are a very happy team.
