Savings review for my Mum as her Power of Attorney

I had a review meeting for my Mum’s savings as her Power of Attorney. I needed to set up transfer facilities to her TSB current account, from which I pay her care home fees. Bhavana was very efficient and made very useful suggestions to make the best use of the savings. The Newbury Building Society employee was well informed, kind and empathetic and helped sort out the accounts. Reviewed on: 27th April 2026

Opening an Account

We open another account. We were guide through the various options by 'B' which was a delightful experience. Paperwork completed in very competent manor. A very good experience. Reviewed on: 25th April 2026

Savings Accounts

Able to get to see someone really quickly and easily, really appreciated being able to phone the local branch. Tracy was amazing explaining options and sorting things out while I waited. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026

Excellent customer service

Managing my account online is pleasingly simple. Although most of my dealings are online, whenever I visit the Abingdon branch, the staff are always very friendly, helpful and efficient. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
