Super easy app to use, staff always helpful when you get in contact with them. You can set up direct deposits so you never miss a payment. They use multiple forms on communication so you know exactly what’s going on with your credit card Reviewed on: 11th May 2023

Helpful Staff, reminders and Aqua were able to help during a tough time i had

I have a large account with aqua due to a change in my life and with there help I was able to replace white goods and pay essential bills, Aqua even gave me a credit card holiday when I was unable to pay, I get frequent reminders for future payments which allows me to plan and make the payments on time, the staff are very helpful and have actioned all my requests quickly, very happy with the good customer service and will continue to use them going forward. Had an AQUA card nearly 3 years never had a problem, credit limit increased a few times, when I had to contact them, which has been rare, I have received a satisfactory response. Reviewed on: 11th May 2023

Good card if you don't spend much on it

If you don't spend much, and maintain low usage % then this card is very nice. Good credit limit and a great app. However, if you need to spend majority of your credit at any point, be mindful that your interest rate will go through the roof - and I'm NOT speaking about if you miss a payment or go over, no. Just simply have high usage %s and it shoots up. With little to no notice from Aqua, at that. So just something to keep in mind! Reviewed on: 11th May 2023

I’ve had aqua for a few years, when I thought no credit cards would accept a fresh out of uni, back home with parents 21 year old, but Aqua did! They’ve helped me build my credit score, with reminders when to pay my balance, opportunities to increase my credit limit and countless of helpful credit building tools on their app!
