DONT USE ONE CALL

Cheap but useless - you cant speak to anyone on the phone. The chat bots are always busy and you get passed from chat to chat. We foolishly let our policy renew year after year for the last 3 years and for the first time needed to make a claim only to be told that they would deduct 16% of any claim plus take the excess amount off as I had received a minor speeding fine 3 years ago that I didn't report on auto renewal of the policy. Also would not refund me a penny when I tried to cancel! Avoid them at all cost. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Very efficient online chat. I was able to get an email confirming my NCB status withing a couple of minutes and they will allow my wife and I to rotate insurance each year to maintain our NCB moving forward Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
