I was recently unfortunate enough to have to make a claim on my car insurance. After 43 years of driving and having bad experiences with other insurance Companies i was extremely surprised at how friendly and approachable the staff were. They reassured me every step of the way and my claim was dealt with promptly. I can’t thank them enough. They are always on hand and happy to help with uk call Center that is easily accessible. Helpful and supportive people.

When we had to claim on ou car insurance a few years ago, through no fault of our own the One Call people were absolutely brilliant. It was quite complex, but they kept us informed and were supportive and helpful and made a difficult time much easier for us. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
