It was simple to arrange my car insurance and the rates quoted were very competitive.. when I wanted to add another driver I was surprised that I was not able to call on the phone, despite the company being called ‘one call’. However, the chat line on the website was simple to use and the agent, Josh, was efficient and the task was completed quickly and effectively. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
