To be honest I haven't really had much experience ot...

To be honest I haven't really had much experience other than the annual renewal. When I have phoned to renew, I have always found them to be very helpful and always manage to get a better deal! I did however find it annoying a few years ago when I changed my car and ended up having to do this online and getting charged for the privilege!! I think it would be much more helpful to be able to speak to a person rather than doing everything - other than renewal - on line. The actual policy though is very competitive, which I guess is the most important thing. I am waiting for my renewal notice to come through shortly, so I shall see what it is this year and will no doubt phone to get a better deal! Usually well worth doing. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
