Feel robbed

Cancelled insurance within the 14 day cooling off period signed up 9th November and cancelled today 11th of November and was charged 49.99 set up charge!!!! Insurance not due to start until December. Do all insurers do this ?? Reviewed on: 11th November 2022

do not use if you actually wish to insure your car

Please do not use One call insurance for your car if you actually wish to insure your car. If you enjoy being passed around every person in the department all of which have no clue how do deal with an insurance claim, too then be bounced into an automated portal these are the guys for you. I must admit when taking out an insurance policy for my car if they say that my no claims is protected, I assume that is the case. What can I say I’m a trusting person when I pay for a service. So long and short of the debacle is stress with a side of stress with the worlds most incompetent car insurance company ever. Unfortunately, you can’t give minus stars in a rating system as they would be on at least -100. Thanks for nothing guys hopefully I will actually get my claim dealt with before I’m in an old people’s home (context I’m in my 20’s). Reviewed on: 9th November 2022

Weeks of waiting for my car to be repaired

My car still hasn't been collected to be repaired nearly 4 weeks after it was vandalised. I have no transport and I'm left stuck with 2 young children even after adding hire car purchase and courtesy car to my insurance I have been left over a week without a car and I'm not happy with the customer service at all! Can only speak on chat and no phone calls anymore it's beyond ridiculous I will be moving car insurance as soon as I can. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2022

Avoid like the plaque

Took £350 of me and then cancelled my insurance with out so much as a whisper then when I find out that they have not put me in the data base due to a speeding offence over three years ago let me drive around for three days knowing full well they had taken all my money but was going ti cancel my insurance so then after three days of actually trying to get hold of an actual human asked me if I wanted to cancel my insurance that they themselves were refusing to give me and now waiting for my refund but they are keeping £100 for cancellation fee and imaginary three days of car insurance they never actually gave me.so after going on trust pilot and reading the hundreds of bad reviews it seems that this is their thing just diabolical at a time when the country has its arse against the wall and all freezing and starving to death. Difficult to contact, regularly cut off when chatting, accused me of having a car accident and would not except email proof or speak with the AA insurance to confirm this. Needed a pdf or letter but wouldn't give me time to get this. Reviewed on: 31st October 2022
