Insurance Claim

Did not call back as promised, I was passed from one person to another. I requested a copy the surveyor's report and was I told I wasn't allowed to see it. After pursuing it I was told I could have a copy of the report. This was In March. Despite sending reminders and phone calls I am still waiting. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Very easy
