customer service

not easy to make contact with queries. no easy access to online chat - cannot find at all and phone numbers state they are no longer open, please use chat ! trying to update re police holder passing away and to change main contact to spouse. still not completed this task ! very frustrating at such a sad time Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

When taking out the policy the agent I spoke to was fantastic, she was knowledgeable about the product she was selling. I would definitely use them agai and also obtain quotes for other things requiring insurance. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023
