I found the pricing and policy inclusions really competitive with other insurance companies, you do everything you need on line which is efficient also they are quick at picking up calls and are efficient when dealing with their customers. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Great company

Very efficient and friendly staff

I rang up and compared a quote from another insurer. They matched it and put no pressure on me to take up the policy. I was spoken to respectfully and the operative was informative and polite. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

So far so good

We haven't had to make a claim but based on customer service, so far we are pleased. When I originally took out our insurance, One Call actually got in touch with me because they felt they had a plan that offered me more cover for less money than what I had opted to pay.
