Mixed feelings!

The person dealing with the accident was fabulous, took all the details and it was stressfree. The people dealing with the courtesy car, again I cannot fault. The team dealing with the insurance payout however have been dreadful. I was told I could claim for the £80 I paid for the number plate retention following my car being written off. I’ve sent proof of payment several time yet still after 2 months I’m chasing for the payment. Unresponsive to emails and it’s getting tiresome! Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

I haven't been with One Call insurance for very long but already I can tell I made a good decision to go with them. The application was simple and straightforward; I haven't been bombarded with e-mails or advertising correspondence; their online platform is user-friendly and finally One Call offer value for money.
