Poor customer service

Superb

I had an accident and was quite concerned about sorting it out. I needn’t have been, it really did take just one call! Everything was organised for me and everyone was especially kind and took time to explain things. I really felt like I was being looked after. Couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you One Call ! I have stayed with One Call for a few years now. They are quietly reliable and efficient and do not feel the need to bombard the customer with promotions and unnecessary messages.
