Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely team

My husband died suddenly. I called to enquire what I needed to do. Everything was sorted for me in one stress-free call. Very compassionate, understanding and kind. Never again!!!!!

Kept a claim against me dragging on for nearly a year which wasn't even my fault. Anybody would've been able to see the claim exactly for what it was, a crash for cash scam!! Appalling customer service and case management. I can't wait until my year is up because I will be off and never would I recommend One-Call. Never!!!! Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
