Friendly and professional staff.

The staff were quick to respond to my application. The person who handled it was very friendly and guided me through the whole process. I felt informed throughout, and felt valued as a customer. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

charge every member £20 per year without consent

Partners have decided to charge every member £20 per year without notice. They have started charging every member £20 AFTER I got my loan out. So it was not in my loan contract. They said it is to cover admin even though this is done by volunteers. So if they have 50,000 members that over £1 million pound per year they have extracted from members!!!! That's very expensive admin!! They are predating on vulnerable people in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024

Best place to save and for loans
