Great company!

I’ve been with partners credit union for many many years. They are very helpful. They also suggest ways of saving. If you need extra money, they do a great loan service with low interest and only offer an an affordable amount. You can get access to your account online to keep you updated or if you ever need to withdraw. They like you to have a monthly cash deposit from as little as you like, so you are always saving. The advisers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 17th May 2022

charge every member £20 per year without consent

Partners have decided to charge every member £20 per year without notice. They have started charging every member £20 AFTER I got my loan out. So it was not in my loan contract. They said it is to cover admin even though this is done by volunteers. So if they have 50,000 members that over £1 million pound per year they have extracted from members!!!! That's very expensive admin!! They are predating on vulnerable people in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
