Paypal colluded with seller to deny refund

Paypal colluded with a seller to deny a refund for goods that were demonstrably sent to the wrong address by the courier and never seen again.. I'm now down more than £30 for goods paid for and never received. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

I've had a great experience using PayPal's Pay in 3 facility. It's a simple and convenient way to spread the cost of purchases over three interest-free payments, making it much easier to manage my budget without any hidden fees. The application process is quick, decisions are made almost instantly, and everything is clearly laid out in the PayPal app, so it's easy to keep track of upcoming payments. The automatic payment schedule gives me peace of mind, and I've found the whole service to be reliable and hassle-free.
