Excellent service!

Have had no trouble using PayPal credit, so nothing but good words to say! Was amazingly useful for me to use credit when buying a new phone and I was able to pay the money back in a timely manner. It is interest free as well which doesn't hurt. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I have had an excellent experience since joining PAYPAL, flexible payment which is in place is a big relieve to managing my finances. PayPal Customer Service Needs Improved

A high income earner, wanted to increase the credit limit on PayPal credit to take advantage of the four months interest free on the credit card to buy a luxury watch at £16K which I would have cleared. However, there is no way of doing this by contacting a human. The PayPal system automatically upgrades your credit limit and this far too slow. I have missed the opportunity to buy Omega & Rolex watches a few times now on ebay from a German authorised dealer with 20% off. It would be a much better financial service if you could either speak with a customer service staff member or make a written request later managed by a person or AI representative.
