I experienced unauthorised access to my PayPal account, which led to transactions I did not approve. I reported this immediately, expecting a proper investigation and resolution. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was very poor. My request for a refund was dismissed without what appeared to be a thorough review, and my concerns were largely ignored. I did not feel supported as a customer, and this has significantly reduced my trust in PayPal’s ability to handle fraud cases effectively. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
