my experience with paypal credit

I use PayPal Credit for small purchases like groceries, and it’s really convenient. I’ve also used it for a larger purchase, and being able to spread the cost over four months was very helpful. However, smaller purchases don’t have interest-free periods, so it’s important to stay on top of payments. Overall, it’s useful if you understand how it works. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Complaints service & navigation of website/app poor

I’ve found it extremely difficult to raise a complaint in respect of a transaction with you, because the preset categories for your Resolution Centre do not apply to my particular issue. I’ve also found it difficult to navigate your website to where I want to go or to find the information I need, both in the app or online. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
