Always have had a good experience when using paypal...

Always have had a good experience when using paypal credit & for payments. If I've had an issue it has been dealt with in a speedy, professional manner. I would recommend PayPal for service & peace of mind. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Buyer protection is a waist of time

You have buyer protection but when an item is left anywhere but with the buyer and the buyer even proves they were in hospital you still side with seller. Under the delivery act 2015 unless otherwise specified the item must be put into buyers hands . Or left with a Niebour . You should be ashamed of your self Z. I lost over 100 pounds coz you deemed an item left in an electric box safe. 7 week later I came home it wasn’t here . VERY BAD SERVICE I DIDNT GET MY REFUND EVEN WHEN APPEALING Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
