Have you ever needed to buy something one day and only have money at the end of the month? It's in those days where you can meet Mr. PayPal and quickly resolve the situation. I’ve used PayPal for a long time and I have never had any issues. I also prefer to make online purchases through PayPal as it is secure. The new service where you can pay in 3 instalments is great too for when I make large purchases. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Dissatisfied with PayPal

I can’t print out my statements easily . I can’t contact a human advisor easily . I entered a dispute and their procedure for reporting it was arduous , inefficient, discriminatory ( in that it didn’t allow for the full problem to be explained) and ineffective ( nothing happened and then they informed me my case had been closed . It’s difficult and not even safe in that it’s not protected like banks by the fCA . Dissatisfied! Reviewed on: 30th May 2025
