High currency exchange rate markups/commission.

High currency exchange rate markups/commission. Mixed experience with eBay purchases - in a few cases the sellers got away with poor service and faulty/damaged items delivered so one wonders what the Paypal protection really offers to buyers? Not exactly a value for money service, just convenient. Pay in 3 plans are good for managing cash flow for expensive purchases. Have used PayPal for some years without a problem
